We have customized our 2kW Robot Laser Cube, transforming it into a robotic system for cutting flat and convex sheet metal for the production of cooking appliances. The system utilizes fiber laser cutting and, thanks to its 5 axes, is capable of performing three-dimensional cuts. A dedicated software, developed by Applyca technicians, ensures the correct positioning of the cutting head.
This software has significantly improved cutting speed and precision, reducing production times and, consequently, the costs of certain semi-finished products.
