RoboLaser STEflex, inverted and attached to a Cartesian gantry, moves along the X-axis. The rigid and stable structure allows the robot to work on an area that can be extended as desired. It cuts sheet metal from a few centimeters to several meters in a single configuration, allowing for multiple processing steps.
The latest addition to the Applyca range is RoboLaser STEflex, an extremely compact and versatile laser cutting machine. The machine is capable of performing various mechanical processes: laser cutting of sheet metal, threading, tapping, and laser tube processing, all in a single setup and automatically, thanks to the innovative use of a FANUC M-800 robot with 6 degrees of freedom.
