At EMO MILANO 2021, Applyca is exhibiting a customised Robo Laser CUBE featuring a 3D cutter cutting system; it is compact and designed for Industry 4.0 production processes.
The cutting system operates within a working area of 1,500 x 1,500 mm and is equipped with a Fanuc laser source, ensuring flawless communication between the two devices. It cuts flat and curved sheets with laser cutting precision to a tolerance of H7.
We will also be bringing a compact Laser Line Cube, with a working range of 1,250 mm, and a Fanuc CRX10 i A/L cobot – a high-precision robotic arm – for which we have developed software that turns it into a painter: you can draw on a tablet and the cobot will be able to select the right coloured markers and reproduce the drawing on a sheet of paper.
