This multinational company came to us with the necessity of a complete robotic island with a laser cutting machine made up of two work areas with double loading and unloading systems. A process to keep production going at a continuous rate.


Applyca’s solution


Thus was born our ALC laser cutting machine: a total automatic robotic manufacturing cell.
Our ALC uses a numerical control that can be integrated with any CAD/CAM system, maintaining the requirements of industry 4.0. Visual systems ensure micrometric precision. Thanks to linear motors, it ensures perfection, speed and production continuity (h24). The ALC can be configured with up to three laser cutting heads.
Details: 6-axis FANUC R-2000iC/125L robot and FANUC Series 30i/31i-LB CNC.
