This project sees ourselves as the customer. We have decided to create a high-precision laser cutting machine to be exhibited at the SamuExpo 2020 to demonstrate many of the skills of Applyca. A company specializing in consulting, design and production of solutions for automated industrial machines and in service.

We’ve decided to create a laser cutting machine that stands out for its compact size, speed and precision in it’s movements. In the case of handling small pieces, and the simultaneous production of multiple orders it manages these tasks with perfection. For this last point we established that it was necessary a robotic cell capable of automatic nesting, giving the coordinates to the connected robot to take the single pieces of various sizes, and arrange them to be unloaded so as to manage different orders simultaneously.
Applyca’s Solution
Robo Laser Cube has a modular base design to support multiple modules, even over time: robotic cell, laser, automatic loading and unloading, separation of the finished product from the scraps. It uses a numerical control that can be combined with any CAD / CAM system, it can be used according to the Industry dictates of 4.0 and has a Y axis in carbon fiber, offering a higher performance than an aluminum one. The components chosen respect the thousandths of a millimeter using an automatic lubrication system for the guides Thanks to the linear motors it ensures precision, speed and can be used 24 hours a day.
